Compound family
Synthetic analogues of the peptide hormones GLP-1, GIP, glucagon and amylin — long peptides of 31 to 39 residues.
The seven entries here are analogues of naturally occurring peptide hormones: semaglutide of GLP-1, tirzepatide of GIP with GLP-1 sequence elements, retatrutide of GIP, GLP-1 and glucagon, and cagrilintide of amylin. Each is a single linear chain of between 31 and 39 residues, and each carries a fatty-diacid side chain attached through a linker to a lysine, which is the structural feature that distinguishes them from the parent hormones.
Registry numbers, molecular formulae and molecular weights are stated on each entry where the record was verified. Sequences are given in one-letter code where the modification pattern allows a plain sequence to be written.

Each entry states what the molecule is — origin, structure, registry numbers — with citations to the primary literature. Analytical results for the material we stock are published per lot in the certificate directory.
