Cryo Labs supplies research-use-only compounds with documented identity, purity, and handling requirements. Every product page lists its specifications in full and links the certificate of analysis for the lot in stock.
What every listing carries, before anything is put in a box.
Every lot we stock is sent to an independent laboratory we commission and pay, which reports identity, purity, and net content for that lot.
Certificates are published against the specific lot, not a representative sample from an earlier batch. A size whose certificate is still in flight says so on its page.
Discreet, protective packaging with end-to-end tracking, dispatched from within the United States.
In-stock orders placed before 10:00 ET on a business day are dispatched the same day.
Certificates you can read, and storage conditions you can plan around.
Certificates
A certificate of analysis is only useful if it describes the material actually in the box, and if whoever paid for it had nothing to gain from the number. Cryo Labs does not manufacture and does not test in-house: we send vials from each lot to an independent laboratory we commission, and publish what comes back against that lot. When stock turns over, the certificate on the page changes with it.
Certificates are published per lot, unaltered, so you can read the traces rather than take a summary on trust — we do not restate a supplier’s figures as our own. When a lot is listed before its certificate has come back, the product page says exactly that, and the certificate follows when the laboratory reports.
Storage and shipping
Storage temperature is published for every catalogue item and printed on the vial. Orders ship in protective packaging with end-to-end tracking, and shipments are held back rather than left in a depot over a weekend. Move the contents to their stated storage condition on arrival.
Shipping is within the United States and to a short list of international destinations. The list is short deliberately: import rules for research materials vary by destination and by compound, and we do not ship where private import is prohibited.
Four steps from account to shipment.
01
Ordering requires a verified account. Individual and institutional accounts are both supported; institutional accounts record the institution the order is placed on behalf of.
02
Each product page lists compound name, CAS number, molecular formula and weight, purity, form, size, and storage temperature, with the certificate of analysis for the lot in stock.
03
Checkout requires an explicit attestation that the materials are for laboratory research use only. The accepted text is retained with your account records.
04
Carrier and tracking number are recorded on the order and emailed on dispatch. Documentation stays available in your order history.
Cryo Labs does not provide protocols, quantities, schedules, or any guidance on using these materials, and no member of staff is authorised to do so. Questions of that kind belong with your institution or a qualified professional. Read the full RUO policy.
