Two or three single compounds from the catalogue supplied together in one vial at a stated ratio.
A blend is not a new molecule. Each is a defined combination of compounds that also have their own entries, supplied in one vial at the ratio the product page states. The blend entry names its components and links their reference pages; the certificate of analysis for a blend lot is published on its product page like any other.
Because a blend has no single CAS number, formula or mass, the table gives the composition instead.
