Every product Cryo Labs sells is supplied strictly for laboratory research use by qualified researchers and institutions. Nothing we sell is a drug, food, cosmetic, or medical device, and nothing is sold for human or veterinary use of any kind. Every order requires an explicit research-use attestation before it can be placed.

A certificate of analysis (COA) is an analytical report on a specific manufacturing lot, covering identity, purity, and net content. Cryo Labs commissions and pays an independent laboratory to analyse vials from each lot we stock, and publishes the laboratory’s report unaltered against that lot.

Each product page links the certificate for every lot currently shipping. The certificate directory lists all published certificates and can be searched by lot number, so a vial in hand can be matched to its report at any time.

No. Cryo Labs is a distributor, not a manufacturer, and does not perform analysis itself. Vials from each stocked lot are sent to an independent analytical laboratory, and the report that comes back is published as received. When stock turns over, the certificate on the page changes with it.

In-stock orders with payment confirmed before 10:00 ET on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders ship tracked, in protective packaging, from within the United States. Domestic shipments are held back rather than left with a carrier over a weekend; international transit is longer (7–14 business days), so international parcels necessarily spend weekends in the carrier’s network.

Within the United States, and to the international destinations shown on the shipping page and in the address form. International parcels carry an accurate customs declaration, always. The buyer is the importer of record: many countries treat research peptides as medicines at the border and may refuse or seize a parcel, and the buyer pays any duties or taxes their country charges. Check your own country’s import rules before ordering.

Orders can be paid through PayPal — you approve the payment on PayPal’s own page and are returned here. Orders can also be paid in Bitcoin, on-chain or over the Lightning Network, through a payment page generated at checkout. The order is confirmed once the network confirms the payment — usually under an hour on-chain, seconds over Lightning. Store credit, where issued, can be applied at checkout.

Yes — through the Bitcoin they sell in-app. Both apps let you buy Bitcoin and send it: in Cash App, buy Bitcoin, then pay the invoice from checkout (Cash App can pay our Lightning invoices, which confirm in seconds); in Venmo, buy Bitcoin and send it on-chain to the address on the invoice. Buying takes about two minutes the first time, and the payment page at checkout shows the exact amount, the address, and a QR code to scan from the app.

A statement, accepted at checkout, that the materials ordered are for laboratory research use only. An order cannot be placed without accepting it, and the accepted text is retained with the order records and viewable from your account.

No. Cryo Labs does not provide protocols, quantities, schedules, preparation instructions, or any other guidance on use, and no member of staff is authorised to do so. Questions of that kind belong with your institution or a qualified professional.

No. Cryo Labs does not accept returns. Material that has left our custody cannot be shown to have been stored, handled, or kept intact to the standard the certificate of analysis was issued against, so it can never re-enter saleable stock — accepting it back and reselling it would make the certificate a statement we could no longer support. That is the reason, and it does not change on request. A shipment that arrives damaged, short, or containing something other than what was ordered is a separate matter and is put right: report it within 48 hours of delivery with the order number and photographs.

Move the contents to the storage condition stated on the product page and printed on the vial. Storage temperature is part of each product’s published specification.
